In presenting this statement in the following pages, we have stressed Atlantic’s approach to assignments, its special field of expertise, and its strong home support.

These are important points and we are proud of them. But we also know that they are not enough without the concept, firmly adhered to in practice, of co-operation: between consultant and client and increasingly, between consultant and the people a project is designed to serve.

As consultants we are devoted to work mainly in client premises, side-by-side, often in less than comfortable environment, with people brought up in a business culture different to our own. But we chose - and are chosen by the client - to do the work because having understood its difficulties, we can also appreciate its creative opportunities. We endeavor, therefore, to foster the spirit of co-operation wherever we work because we know that all successful assignments are, in the end, joint ventures between ourselves and our client community.
